2. What Signalz Is and What It Is Not

  • 2.1. Signalz is a technology platform. It enables SEBI registered Research Analysts to publish and distribute their research and offer Education Products, and enables Investors to discover and subscribe to them.
  • 2.2. The Company is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, stock broker, portfolio manager or any other intermediary. The Company does not provide investment advice, research, recommendations or tips of any kind.
  • 2.3. All research and recommendations on the Platform are prepared and issued solely by the respective RA under its own SEBI registration. The RA alone is responsible for their content, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • 2.4. Listing, featuring, badges or display of any RA or content on the Platform is not an endorsement or recommendation by the Company of that RA, any security or any strategy. How RAs are shown to You is explained in Schedule 4.
  • 2.5. A “Verified” or similar badge only means that the Company has checked the RA's SEBI registration and RAASB enlistment as described in Part C. It is not a statement about the quality or performance of the RA's research.
  • 2.6. The Company does not execute trades, hold or manage Investor funds or securities, operate any pooled account, or offer any guaranteed, assured or fixed returns. Where the Platform integrates with a stock broker, all orders are placed and executed by that SEBI registered stock broker under its own terms.
  • 2.7. Nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or an invitation to invest in any scheme.
  • 2.8. How the Company earns. The Company earns a platform fee from RAs and a share of Education Product fees. It does not receive any fee, commission or benefit from any company whose securities are covered in research on the Platform, and it does not receive any brokerage or commission linked to Your trades.
  • 2.9. Company's own conduct. The Company, its directors and employees do not create, alter or influence any research. Employees who can access research before publication are bound by confidentiality and must not trade on, share or front run it. The Company does not use unpublished research for its own benefit.
  • 2.10. Activities of the Company that are not research related, such as technology services, Education Products and Contests, are not regulated by SEBI, and SEBI investor protection mechanisms such as SCORES apply only to Research Services provided by RAs.

3. Eligibility

  • 3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Platform is not meant for minors, and minors may not register, subscribe, take part in Contests or campus programmes, or use any service.
  • 3.2. If You use the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, You confirm that You are authorised to bind it to these Terms, and both You and the entity are bound.
  • 3.3. You may hold only one active Account. You may not sell, transfer, rent or share Your Account, or create an Account by impersonating another person or using false details.
  • 3.4. Users who have been suspended or removed by the Company, or who are debarred by SEBI or any other authority from dealing in or advising on securities, may not use the Platform.
  • 3.5. The Platform is available only to residents of India.

4. Account Registration and Security

  • 4.1. Some sections of the Platform may be browsed without an Account. To use services You must register using the one time password sent to Your mobile number and provide the information We ask for.
  • 4.2. You must keep Your Account information complete, accurate and up to date. We may refuse or suspend services if information appears false, incomplete or outdated.
  • 4.3. An RA may require You to complete KYC, accept its Most Important Terms and Conditions and give consent before providing Research Services, as required by SEBI. The Platform may provide tools for KYC, eSign and digital consent, but the RA remains responsible for its own client onboarding.
  • 4.4. Your Account is personal to You. You are responsible for keeping Your login credentials and devices secure and for all activity under Your Account. Sharing Your login, OTP or Account access with anyone, including family members, is a breach of these Terms.
  • 4.5. Tell Us immediately at support@signalz.in if You suspect unauthorised use. We are not liable for loss caused by Your failure to keep Your credentials secure, and You may be liable for loss caused to the Company or other Users by such failure.
  • 4.6. We may monitor login activity, devices and access patterns to detect Account sharing, fraud and misuse, and may log You out of other sessions, limit the number of devices or require fresh verification.
  • 4.7. Deleting the app from Your device does not close Your Account. See Section 19 for Account deletion.

5. Acceptance of These Terms and Electronic Records

  • 5.1. You accept these Terms by ticking the acceptance box at registration or when prompted, or by using the Platform. We record the version of the Terms You accepted, together with the date, time and device or IP details of acceptance.
  • 5.2. Existing Users who registered under an earlier version of the Terms will be asked to accept this version on their next login. Continued use of the Platform after this version takes effect also means acceptance.
  • 5.3. You agree that consents, acceptances, eSign, OTP verifications, clicks and messages given through the Platform are valid and binding electronic records and signatures under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and may be relied on as evidence.
  • 5.4. These Terms may be made available in Hindi or other languages for convenience. If there is any difference between versions, the English version prevails.

6. Acceptable Use

  • 6.1. You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not use the Platform to:
    1. break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
    2. post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, harmful to minors, relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling, or threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public order;
    3. impersonate any person or misrepresent Your identity, registration or affiliation;
    4. upload or spread viruses, malware or any harmful code;
    5. overload, disrupt or interfere with the Platform or its servers, networks or security;
    6. bypass, disable or interfere with any access control, paywall, watermark, rate limit or security feature;
    7. decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms or models of any part of the Platform;
    8. create fake Accounts, fake reviews, fake engagement or manipulate any rating, poll, Contest or display on the Platform;
    9. use the Platform or its data to build, train or support any competing product or service;
    10. send spam, chain messages or unsolicited promotions to other Users;
    11. collect personal data of other Users or RAs without their consent.

7. Securities Specific Rules

  • 7.1. Because the RAs on Signalz are SEBI regulated entities and may not associate with unregistered persons who give advice or make return claims, You will not:
    1. post any buy, sell or hold call, target, stop loss or stock tip anywhere on the Platform (including feed, comments, polls, chats and community spaces) unless You are a verified RA posting within Your registration;
    2. make any claim about returns, accuracy, profits or performance, whether Your own or anyone else's, other than data verified through PaRRVA or otherwise permitted by SEBI;
    3. promise or suggest guaranteed, assured or risk free returns;
    4. use the SEBI, exchange or depository name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement;
    5. spread unverified market rumours, or take part in market manipulation, pump and dump schemes, front running, circular trading or insider trading;
    6. ask any User for trading account passwords, OTPs or access, offer to manage anyone's trading account, or offer profit sharing arrangements;
    7. collect money from any User outside the payment flows shown on the Platform;
    8. use the Signalz name or brand on Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube or any other channel without the Company's written permission.

8. No Copying, Recording, Scraping or Redistribution

  • 8.1. All Content on the Platform is protected. This includes, without limitation, research reports, recommendations, trade ideas, entry and exit levels, targets, stop losses, model portfolios, baskets, alerts, notifications, WhatsApp messages from the Platform, courses, webinars, live sessions, recordings, notes, PDFs, quizzes, charts, data, prices, analytics, RA profiles, ratings, reviews, Investor Persona outputs, AI outputs, designs, layouts, text, images, logos and code. It is owned by the Company, the RA, the educator or their licensors, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other Applicable Law.
  • 8.2. Personal use only. Paid Content and every other Content is made available to You solely for Your own personal, non commercial use while Your Account and the relevant subscription or purchase are active. No ownership is transferred to You.
  • 8.3. What You must not do. Except where the Company or the content owner has given written permission, You must not, directly or indirectly, by any means:
    1. copy, copy and paste, reproduce, transcribe, translate or summarise any Content for sharing with others;
    2. take screenshots, screen recordings, photographs or audio recordings of any Paid Content, live session or webinar for sharing with others;
    3. download, save, print, extract or store any Content beyond what a feature on the Platform expressly allows;
    4. forward, share, post, upload, broadcast, stream or otherwise make available any Content on Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, Discord, websites, blogs, forums, groups, channels or any other medium, whether free or paid;
    5. sell, resell, rent, sublicense, bundle or otherwise commercially exploit any Content;
    6. share Your login, OTP, Account or subscription with any other person, or allow any other person to view Paid Content through Your Account;
    7. use bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, browser extensions, scripts, automated tools, headless browsers or any manual process to access, monitor, copy, collect or extract Content or data from the Platform;
    8. access or use any Platform API, endpoint or data feed without the Company's written permission;
    9. use any Content to train, fine tune, test or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or for text and data mining;
    10. frame, mirror or embed any part of the Platform, or deep link to Paid Content in a way that bypasses the paywall;
    11. remove, hide or alter any watermark, copyright notice, RA name, registration number, disclaimer or other notice on any Content;
    12. create derivative works, courses, signals, newsletters or products based on any Content;
    13. help, encourage or allow anyone else to do any of the above.
  • 8.4. Why this matters for SEBI compliance. Research Services are provided by an RA only to its own clients who have completed onboarding and accepted the MITC. Redistributing research to people who are not the RA's clients can expose You, the RA and the Platform to regulatory action, and may itself amount to providing unregistered investment advice or research.
  • 8.5. Monitoring and watermarking. You agree that the Company may apply visible or invisible watermarks, user identifiers, device fingerprints and other tracing measures to Content, and may monitor usage to detect copying, scraping and Account sharing. Removing or defeating these measures is a breach of these Terms.
  • 8.6. Consequences of breach. If We believe You have breached this Section, We may, without notice and in addition to any other right:
    1. suspend or permanently terminate Your Account and all subscriptions;
    2. block Your access from any device, number or network;
    3. issue takedown notices to any platform, channel or website where the Content appears;
    4. share Your identity and the evidence with the affected RA or content owner so that they may take action;
    5. report the matter to SEBI, RAASB, the police, the cyber crime cell or any other authority;
    6. claim damages, costs and legal fees from You, and seek injunctions and any other relief under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other Applicable Law.
  • 8.7. Termination under this Section does not affect any refund that SEBI rules require an RA to make, but You will remain liable for all loss and damage caused by Your breach, which You agree may be significant and difficult to quantify.
  • 8.8. If You come across Signalz Content being shared without permission, please report it to support@signalz.in.

9. User Content and Community Guidelines

  • 9.1. You are solely responsible for all User Content You post. You confirm that You own it or have the right to post it, that it is true and not misleading, and that it complies with these Terms and Applicable Law.
  • 9.2. You grant the Company a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, translate, format, remove and use Your User Content for operating, improving and promoting the Platform and for compliance and record keeping. You keep ownership of Your User Content.
  • 9.3. Community rules. In comments, polls, community spaces and reviews You must be respectful, stay on topic, and follow Section 7. You must not post personal attacks, abuse, spam, promotional links, referral codes, contact numbers or invitations to move discussions off the Platform.
  • 9.4. Reviews and ratings. Reviews of RAs or Education Products must reflect Your genuine experience as a paying user. You must not post fake, paid, incentivised or misleading reviews, review Your own services, or post reviews on behalf of others. We may verify, label, hide or remove reviews that do not meet these rules, and will not suppress genuine negative reviews only because they are negative.
  • 9.5. Poll votes, predictions and opinions shared by Users are not research or recommendations and must not be relied on for investment decisions.
  • 9.6. We are not obliged to monitor User Content but may review, edit for format, restrict, label or remove it at any time.

10. Moderation, Takedown and Records

  • 10.1. We may review, restrict, remove or disable any content or Account that We believe breaches these Terms or Applicable Law, with or without notice.
  • 10.2. We act on complaints and on orders from courts or government authorities within the timelines set by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
  • 10.3. Where content is removed or an Account is disabled, We may preserve related information and records for at least 180 days, or longer if required by law or an authority, for investigation purposes.
  • 10.4. We will cooperate with SEBI, RAASB, PaRRVA, stock exchanges and law enforcement agencies, and may share information with them as required by law.
  • 10.5. We keep records of RA verification, moderation actions, takedowns, Contest results and consent for compliance and audit purposes.

11. Communications and Consent to Contact

  • 11.1. By registering, You consent to receive communications from the Company and from RAs You subscribe to through the Platform by WhatsApp, SMS, email, push notification, in app message and phone call. These include OTPs, transactional messages, research delivery, alerts, Basket Links, subscription and payment updates, service notices, changes to these Terms, grievance responses and feedback requests.
  • 11.2. Promotional messages about new RAs, Education Products, Contests and offers will be sent only with Your consent, which You give by opting in at registration or later. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time from Your Account settings, by replying STOP on WhatsApp or SMS where offered, or by writing to support@signalz.in. Opting out does not stop transactional and service messages.
  • 11.3. Our commercial communications follow the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 and other Applicable Law. Your consent to receive messages from Us overrides any registration under the National Customer Preference Register only to the extent permitted by law and only for the categories You have consented to.
  • 11.4. Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to network, device, WhatsApp, telecom operator or other third party issues. Do not rely only on messages for time sensitive decisions. See Section 21.
  • 11.5. Official Signalz communication comes only from Our verified WhatsApp business number, registered SMS headers and email domains listed on the Platform. See Section 22 on fraud and impersonation.
  • 11.6. Calls with Our support or sales team may be recorded for quality, training and compliance, and You will be informed at the start of such calls.

12. Payments

  • 12.1. Research Services. Fees for Research Services are paid by the Investor directly to the RA through the RA's own payment gateway integrated on the Platform. The Company does not receive, hold or settle these fees and is not a collection agent for them. The RA issues the invoice and is responsible for applicable taxes and refunds.
  • 12.2. Education Products. Fees for Education Products are collected by the Company through its own payment gateway on behalf of the RA or educator who offers them. The RA or educator is the seller of the Education Product and is responsible for its content, invoicing and applicable taxes. The Company may deduct or collect taxes as required by law. Refunds for Education Products are processed by the Company on behalf of the seller as set out in Schedule 2.
  • 12.3. Platform fee. The Company charges RAs a platform fee under the Service Agreement. The Company does not charge Investors any separate platform fee for Research Services. The price an RA shows on the Platform is the total amount the Investor pays.
  • 12.4. Pay only through the payment options shown on the Platform. Never pay in cash or into any personal bank account or UPI ID shared over chat, phone or social media. The Company is not responsible for payments made outside the Platform.
  • 12.5. Payment gateways are independent third parties regulated by the Reserve Bank of India and their terms also apply to Your payment. We do not store Your full card or bank details.
  • 12.6. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You pay manually for each new subscription period.
  • 12.7. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes will be shown before You pay.
  • 12.8. If a payment fails but money is debited from Your account, it is usually reversed by Your bank or the payment gateway. If it is not, write to support@signalz.in with the transaction details and We will help You follow up with the gateway or RA.
  • 12.9. Refunds are governed by Part B and Schedule 2. Raising a chargeback for a service You received, without first raising a complaint with Us, may lead to suspension of Your Account.

13. Third Party Services and Links

  • 13.1. The Platform may connect You with stock brokers, payment gateways, KYC and eSign providers, PaRRVA, WhatsApp and other third parties, and may contain links to third party websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Company does not control or endorse them and is not liable for their acts, omissions, content or availability.
  • 13.2. If You download the Signalz app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, You must also follow the terms of that store. The store owner is not responsible for the app or for these Terms.

14. Artificial Intelligence Features

  • 14.1. The Platform may use artificial intelligence tools for features such as summaries, search, translation, Investor Persona matching and content organisation. Any output from these features is for information only and is not research, advice or a recommendation.
  • 14.2. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always read the original research from the RA before acting.
  • 14.3. RAs must disclose the extent of their own use of AI tools in their research, as required by SEBI, and remain fully responsible for any research produced with the help of such tools.

15. Contests, Campaigns and Promotions

  • 15.1. The Company may run Contests such as Research Warz and other campaigns from time to time. Each Contest is governed by these Terms, Schedule 5 and any specific rules published for that Contest. If specific rules conflict with Schedule 5, the specific rules prevail for that Contest.
  • 15.2. Contests are free to enter. No Contest requires any payment, deposit or stake, and no Contest is an online money game.
  • 15.3. Predictions, votes, picks and results in any Contest are not research or recommendations, are not a measure of any RA's research performance, and must not be relied on for investment decisions.

16. Campus and Student Programmes

  • 16.1. The Company may run awareness and learning programmes with universities, colleges and other institutions, including under memoranda of understanding.
  • 16.2. Only students aged 18 years or above may register on the Platform or take part in any campus programme activity that requires an Account.
  • 16.3. Campus programmes are for investor awareness and education only. Content shared in them must not include specific buy or sell recommendations, and no student will be asked to pay for Research Services as part of the programme.
  • 16.4. Partner institutions are not agents of the Company and may not collect any money or make any representation on its behalf.

17. Referral and Partner Programme

  • 17.1. The Company runs a referral and partner programme. Partners are bound by these Terms and by their separate Service Agreement.
  • 17.2. Partners must not give investment advice, recommendations or tips, make any return or performance claim, promise any outcome, collect any money from Users, or represent themselves as the Company or as any RA.
  • 17.3. Partners must clearly disclose to people they refer that they may receive a referral fee from the Company.
  • 17.4. The Company may suspend any Partner, withhold referral fees and report the matter to authorities if a Partner breaches these rules.

18. Data Protection and Privacy

  • 18.1. Your personal data is processed as described in Our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and, as its provisions come into force, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
  • 18.2. We process Your data only for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy and with Your consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal will not affect processing already done or data We must retain by law.
  • 18.3. When You subscribe to an RA, Your KYC details, consent records and service records are shared with that RA. The RA is independently responsible for that data as required by SEBI and data protection law.
  • 18.4. Records relating to research, recommendations, client consent and transactions are retained for the period required by Applicable Law, which for Research Services is generally at least five years, even after an Account is closed.
  • 18.5. We use trusted service providers for hosting, messaging, analytics, payments and other functions. Some of them may store or process data outside India. Any such transfer will be made in compliance with Applicable Law, including any restrictions notified by the Central Government under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Records relating to Research Services are stored and maintained in a manner that allows them to be produced to SEBI, RAASB and other authorities whenever required.
  • 18.6. We use cookies and similar technologies as explained in the Privacy Policy.
  • 18.7. In case of a personal data breach, We will notify affected Users and authorities as required by law.
  • 18.8. Data protection queries may be sent to Siddharth Raj Jain at siddharth@katalx.in.

19. Account Deletion

  • 19.1. You may request deletion of Your Account by writing to support@signalz.in from Your registered email address. We will verify Your identity and process the request in line with Applicable Law.
  • 19.2. Data that must be kept for regulatory, tax or legal reasons (including the records in Section 18.4) will be retained for the required period. Anonymised and aggregated data may also be retained.
  • 19.3. Closing Your Account does not end any outstanding obligation. Active subscriptions will be handled as set out in Part B.

20. Intellectual Property

  • 20.1. The Platform, its software, design, text, graphics, data compilations and the Signalz name and logos (“Company Content”) belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not use them without Our prior written consent.
  • 20.2. Research and Education Products created by an RA or educator belong to them, subject to the licence they grant the Company under Part C or their Service Agreement.
  • 20.3. Subject to Section 8, Investors receive a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to view the Content they have subscribed to or purchased, only through the Platform and only while their subscription is active.
  • 20.4. If You send Us feedback or suggestions, We may use them freely without any obligation to You.

21. Service Availability, Market Hours and Technical Failures

  • 21.1. We try to keep the Platform available at all times, including during market hours, but We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely or error free service.
  • 21.2. The Company is not liable for any loss, including any missed entry, missed exit, price difference, slippage or opportunity loss, caused by delay, failure or error in the Platform, research delivery, alerts, notifications, WhatsApp or SMS delivery, Basket Links, broker APIs, payment gateways, internet or telecom networks, stock exchange or depository systems, or Your device.
  • 21.3. Research and alerts are time sensitive. Prices may move between the time research is published and the time You see it or act on it. You must check current prices before placing any order.
  • 21.4. We may suspend the Platform for maintenance and will try to schedule planned maintenance outside market hours and give at least 48 hours' notice by email or in app message.

22. Fraud, Impersonation and Security Warnings

  • 22.1. Signalz will never ask for Your trading account password, OTP, UPI PIN or card details; offer guaranteed or fixed returns; ask You to pay into a personal bank account or UPI ID; or add You to Telegram or WhatsApp groups that promise tips or profits.
  • 22.2. Anyone doing any of the above while using the Signalz name is not acting for Us. Please report it immediately to support@signalz.in and to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at https://cybercrime.gov.in or helpline 1930.
  • 22.3. The Company is not liable for any loss caused by persons impersonating the Company, its staff or any RA outside the Platform.

  • 23.3. Market data, prices and charts may be delayed or sourced from third parties and are for reference only.

  • B1.1. This Part applies to You when You use the Platform as an Investor, in addition to Part A.

B2. Your Relationship with the Research Analyst

  • B2.1. When You subscribe to Research Services, Your contract for those services is with the RA. The RA's Most Important Terms and Conditions and its own terms apply, and You will be asked to accept them and give consent before the service starts.
  • B2.2. The RA cannot execute any trade on Your behalf. Never share Your trading account login, password or OTP with any RA, any Signalz staff member or anyone else.
  • B2.3. Any reliance You place on research is based on Your own judgment and assessment of the conclusions contained in it.

B3. Before You Subscribe

  • B3.1. Each RA profile shows the RA's registered name, SEBI registration number, registration validity and RAASB enlistment. You can cross check these on the SEBI website.
  • B3.2. Please read the RA's disclosures, including conflicts of interest and the extent of AI tool usage, before subscribing.
  • B3.3. Each RA profile carries a link to the RA's Investor Charter and the RA's monthly complaint data, as required by SEBI. Please read them before subscribing.
  • B3.4. Investor Persona matching on the Platform is not risk profiling or a suitability assessment. Research Services from an RA are not personalised advice for Your financial situation.

B4. Fees for Research Services

  • B4.1. Fees are set by the RA and shown on the Platform as the total amount payable.
  • B4.2. For individual and HUF Investors who are not accredited investors, the total fee an RA may charge across all its Research Services is capped at the limit set by SEBI or RAASB from time to time, currently ₹1,51,000 per annum per family, excluding statutory charges such as GST.
  • B4.3. An RA may charge fees in advance only if You agree, and the advance cannot exceed the period permitted by SEBI, currently one year.

  • B4.5. No breakage fee or cancellation penalty may be charged to individual and HUF Investors.
  • B4.6. The fee limit, advance fee, refund and breakage fee rules in this Section apply to individual and HUF Investors who are not accredited investors. For other Investors, these terms may be agreed directly with the RA as permitted by SEBI.

B5. Refunds for Research Services

  • B5.1. If Research Services end early, whether terminated by You or by the RA, You are entitled to a refund of fees for the unexpired period on a proportionate basis.
  • B5.2. If the RA's SEBI registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, the RA must refund fees on a pro rata basis from the effective date of suspension or cancellation to the end of Your subscription period.
  • B5.3. Any "no refund" statement by an RA does not override B5.1 and B5.2.
  • B5.4. Refunds for Research Services are processed by the RA through its own payment gateway, to the original payment mode, within the timeline stated in the RA's MITC. If You do not receive a refund, raise it with the RA and with Us under Schedule 3, and We will escalate it with the RA.

B6. Education Products

  • B6.2. Refunds for Education Products follow Schedule 2.

B7. Past Performance and Track Records

  • B7.1. Performance, accuracy or return figures of an RA may be shown on the Platform only if verified through PaRRVA, or otherwise permitted by SEBI for the transition period. Past performance is not an indicator of future results.
  • B7.2. Treat any other claim of returns or accuracy, including screenshots shared on social media, as unverified and report it to Us.

B8. Derivatives, Charts and Strategy Tools

  • B8.1. Futures and options carry a high level of risk. SEBI studies have found that a large majority of individual traders in equity futures and options incur losses. Please trade in derivatives only if You understand them and can bear the risk.
  • B8.2. Charting, option chain and strategy builder tools on the Platform are tools only. Their outputs are not research or recommendations unless published by an RA as part of its Research Services.

B9. Broker Linking and Trade Execution

You review, change or confirm the order there yourself. Orders are placed and executed only by Your SEBI registered stock broker under its own terms. The Company does not place orders and does not store Your broker login, order or holdings details.
  • B9.2. The Company is not responsible for order execution, broker charges, margin requirements or any loss arising from trades.
